Bookend Generations: Leveraging Talent and Finding Common Ground
An article in The Financial Times about the Bookend Generation report indicated that the study is based on two large national surveys of US college-educated professionals, focus groups and surveys at two companies. Researchers at the CWLP identified many similarities between two dominant demographic cohorts—Gen Y (20-somethings) and Baby Boomers (50-somethings):
