Sloan Center looking for partners in age-diverse workforce productivity study

The Sloan Center on Aging & Work is looking for companies to participate in a new study—Assessing the Impact of Time & Place Management (TPM). The purpose is to gather productivity and performance-related data about the impact of a TPM pilot of the participating company’s choosing. The study will focus on gathering evidence about business-relevant outcomes associated with flexible time and place management policies – and concentrate on flexible time and place management strategies can maximize productivity from an age-diverse workforce.

Participation in the collaboration will be at no cost to employers.
