Solo work is no longer in vogue.

Joe Ouye suggested this New York Times opinion piece that re-examines the “old war between privacy versus collaboration.” In it, Susan Cain, author of the forthcoming book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking, argues that solitude is out of fashion; group think is in.
