This 12-page report condenses years of experience into a quick read and provides guidelines for designing a distributed work program for your organization.

Produced by the New Ways of Working Network in cooperation with the Telework Coalition, the guide reviews the advantages of developing a distributed workforce. These include major financial savings through a reduced office footprint, improved employee attraction and retention and the ability to continue operating during major business disruptions.

The report provides valuable lessons learned from organizations that have successfully implemented distributed work programs.
