Join the discussion . . .
Despite the rapid adoption of new ways of working in the past seven years, penetration into mainstream practice remains low. Our benchmark studies consistently find the same barriers: organizational culture, management concerns, resistance/fear of change and executive buy-in. Join us at our 12th symposium as our NewWOW researchers share the results of our investigation into how organizations have confronted and overcome obstacles to workplace change. The sessions will feature panels discussing actual case studies showing how organizations address barriers and the solutions they employed to overcome obstructions.
Dates: Sunday, March 18 5:30 pm, until Wednesday, March 21 noon.
Location: Vallombrosa Conference Center, Menlo Park, California
Facebook field trip: On Tuesday, March 20, the symposium will be hosted by Facebook at its new HQ campus in Menlo Park (a refurbished version of the former Sun campus). We’ll feature a tour and a discussion between Eric Richert, planner of the Sun campus, and John Tenanes, Director of Real Estate for Facebook. We’ll continue our examination of barriers with more panels/case studies.
