We'd like to extend a special thanks to Stasia Vanasek. Stasia set up and ran the Cisco WebEx sessions, a crucial element in making remote participation a success.

First look: The New Federal Workplace: A Report on the Performance of Six Workplace 20•20 Projects
We've uploaded a pre-release of GSA's newest study to our library. Many thanks to Patricia Cheng
and the GSA team who share this "pre-publication" copy. Patricia asks that the report not be distributed beyond our membership. She would, however, love to get your feedback. Just post your comments to http://www.newwow.net/members/node/1239
The report analyzes the results of a satisfaction survey given to the end-users of all the GSA WorkPlace 20•20 projects and narrows in on six facilities for an in-depth post-occupancy evaluation that looks at planning, design, delivery, utilization, and physical performance. Several sidebars and illustrations enhance the report. One of particular interest discusses Eric Richert's research for NewWOW, "Distributed Group Work Practices," which identifies the critical success factors for effective distributed work groups.
