Great workplace design = great organizational culture

A new study from Kahler Slater looks at workplace design at the Best Companies to Work.
[img_assist|nid=2180|title=|desc=|link=node|align=left|width=100|height=127]Barbara Armstrong, the study’s author, said that a company’s workplace is a critical component of corporate workplace yet is one “most CEOs ignore, overlook, or just don’t get.” She decided to benchmark Best Companies to “explore how they intentionally design work experiences and spaces that manifest their great cultures.”
