Joe Ouye wrote a whitepaper for Knoll that examines trends impacting work and the workplace. He outlines five major trends that offer a context for organizational strategies. In his paper, he references New Ways of Working benchmarking study results. In the 2009 survey, "almost half of the surveyed organizations have started an alternative workplace program within the past two years and a large majority within the past five years."
