Clark Sept sent us a note about a Cisco study that showed that 3/5ths of employees "believed it was unnecessary to be in the office to be productive."
According to Cisco’s press release, which asks “Is the Office Really Necessary?”, 60 percent of those surveyed would answer “no.” This same percentage of workers would choose jobs that were lower-paying but had leniency in accessing information outside of the office over higher salaried jobs that lacked flexibility.
